Registration for Comprehensive Herb Program: Year One

February 1, 2020 – February 7, 2021

This course will meet one weekend per month (except July), for a total of 12 weekends
Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sundays 9:00 – 5:00 pm

Prerequisites: Open to licensed acupuncturists.  No prior Chinese herb training required.  3rd year students will be considered, but please call Cindy to discuss your situation and if this course is right for you.  206-409-6157

Cost:  The total cost for Year 1 of the herb program is  $3900.00.

Payment by installments:
Initial deposit required at the time of registration is:  $900.00
2nd installment:  $1000 due April 4, 2020
3rd installment: $1000 due June 6, 2020
4th installment:  $1000 due September 12, 2020

    Refund Policy:

    Please understand that when this course is full, others may be turned away from registering. If you need to cancel your place in this class, letting us know with more than a month notice will make it more likely that we can offer your spot to someone else. Because people need to plan to be available on the class dates, more notice is always better. Thank you for your understanding!

    Cancellations made 4 or more weeks prior to the first day of class will be refunded the course tuition paid to date, minus a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of class will be refunded 50% of the course tuition paid. For cancellations made after the first class and before the beginning of the second class, 30% of the course tuition paid will be refunded. No refunds will be given after the beginning of the second class.

    The Jade Institute reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment. In which case, a full refund will be granted to those registered.
