I have been actively involved in the practice, teaching, and publishing aspects of both East Asian medicine and osteopathic medicine for over thirty years. My training has included a Diploma in Chinese Medicine from the Macau Institute of Chinese Medicine (1975), a Doctor of Osteopathy from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (1982), a Masters of Arts in Chinese Literature from the University of Washington (1996), and a Ph.D. from the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (2006).
