The Jade Wellness Center will open its doors in Spring 2007.
At the Wellness Center there will be several licensed practitioners offering expert acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine care, along with an herbal medicine dispensary adjacent to the clinic where patients may have their herbal prescriptions filled.
Public education programs:
As part of a greater healing community, we will be offering educational classes and events that promote an understanding of Chinese medicine and support individual wholistic care. Our programs will provide opportunities for:
- Increased awareness of traditional Chinese medicine
- Development of tools and techniques for effective self-care
- Exploration of the integration of wholistic care with conventional medicine
The Jade Center offers a unique group of services at one facility:
- Jade Wellness Center, a wholistic care clinic
- Jade Herbal Dispensary, where patients can have their herbal prescriptions filled
- Jade Institute, offering professional and public education in Chinese medicine
- Jade Library, an extensive reference library open to professionals and the public
